    Official Promotion Terms & Conditions 

    PROMOTION PERIOD
    The Dear Born Baby & Kids 47th Birthday Celebration will take place throughout the month of September 2026.
    The POP THE BALLOON promotion and Brand Display ballot activities are available during the promotional period and while supplies and prizes last.

    POP THE BALLOON
    Customers who spend $200.00 or more before applicable taxes in a single transaction are eligible to participate in the POP THE BALLOON promotion.

    One balloon pop is permitted per family.
    The minimum qualifying purchase is $200.00 before taxes.
    One balloon pop is available per qualifying family, regardless of the number of people or items included in the transaction.
    Balloons are available while quantities last.
    Each balloon may contain a prize, gift, special offer, or other surprise.
    All prizes and surprises are subject to availability.
    Balloon prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize unless otherwise stated by Dear Born Baby & Kids.
    Dear Born Baby & Kids reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a purchase for the promotion.


    BRAND DISPLAY BALLOT DRAW
    Customers can earn ballots by visiting participating Brand Displays throughout the store and engaging with the featured brands and products.

    How to Earn Ballots

    Visit a Brand Display - Earn One (1) Ballot 
    Visit a participating Brand Display, learn about the featured product or brand, and receive one ballot.

    Follow Dear Born Baby & Kids on Instagram : Earn One (1) Ballot
    Scan the QR code provided at the Brand Display to follow Dear Born Baby & Kids on Instagram and receive one additional ballot.

    Follow the Participating Brand - Earn One (1) Ballot
    Follow the participating Brand on Instagram and receive one additional ballot.

    Purchase from the Participating Brand - Earn One (1) Ballot
    Purchase an eligible product from the participating Brand and receive one additional ballot.
    Customers may earn up to four ballots per participating Brand Display, provided all applicable requirements have been completed.

    Ballots must be completed and submitted as instructed to be eligible for the prize draw.


    PRIZE DRAW
    Prize winners will be selected following the conclusion of the Birthday Celebration on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
        
    Winners will be selected at random from eligible ballots received.
    Winners will be contacted by email no later than September 30, 2026.
    Each winner will be contacted using the email address provided on their ballot.
    If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the timeframe specified in the notification, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Dear Born Baby & Kids reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
    Prizes are subject to availability.
    Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other merchandise.
    Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
    Dear Born Baby & Kids reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

    ELIGIBILITY
    The promotion is open to eligible customers who participate during the promotion period and meet the applicable requirements.
    Employees of Dear Born Baby & Kids and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
    Dear Born Baby & Kids reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any ballot or participation that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

    ODDS OF WINNING
    The odds of being selected as a prize winner depend on the total number of eligible ballots received during the promotion period.
    Receiving additional eligible ballots increases a participant's number of entries but does not guarantee a prize.

    Instagram is released from any responsibility or liability related to this promotion.

    Dear Born Baby & Kids reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
    Verify any customer's eligibility.
    Reject ballots that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, or do not meet the requirements of the promotion.
    Modify, suspend, or cancel any portion of the promotion where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary.
    Substitute prizes of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
    Make final decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions.
    Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

    PRIVACY
    Personal information collected through ballots will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting selected winners, and fulfilling prizes.
    By entering the prize draw, participants consent to being contacted by Dear Born Baby & Kids regarding the promotion and, if selected as a winner, to the use of their name for winner identification where required by law.
