This high chair offers extended use with 3 modes: Infant Mode, Toddler Mode and Youth Mode. 1) Infant Mode: Accommodates a child approximately 6 months old (MUST be capable of sitting upright unassisted) and no more than 40 lbs (18.1 kg). 2) Toddler Mode: Accommodates a child approximately 6 months old (MUST be capable of sitting upright unassisted) and no more than 40 lbs (18.1 kg). 3) Youth Chair: For use only if the child is able to walk unassisted and less than 100 lbs (45.4 kg). Cleaning is made simple with wipeable surfaces and a removable BPA-free tray that is dishwasher safe (top rack only). The 5-point harness helps keep your child secure while seated during mealtimes.
