Dear-Born Baby & Kids is happy to beat pricing of any other authorized stores / dealers in Canada. Items must meet the criteria listed below:

Item(s) must be identical. Same model, brand and colour. If it is a car seat the date of manufacture needs to be within 2 months of each other.

The item must be in stock and available at both the competitor and DBBK

Dear Born Baby will Price Match an item only once!

We reserve the right to limit this policy to reasonable quantities of an item.

DBBK will beat the price on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of original date of purchase and reserves the right not to do so, based on, and not limited to, items being on sale and / or specials of any other kind.

The requested item(s) being matched must be an advertised price and must be visible via phone or email. (no screen shots the ad must be current). You can request a beat the price via phone or in person.

We will beat the price by 15% of the difference of the 2 prices.

The owed price match total will be issued in the form of a gift card. This can be used in store or online.

For online beat the price match,  the competitor must be offering free shipping to the destination. Postal code will be required.

Our price match guarantee is for regular priced items only. Sale items may be matched but not beaten at our discretion.

Items excluded from any form of a price match are:

  • Private label / exclusives
  • Services including but not limited to breast pump rentals, equipment rentals, repairs, car seat installations / dry fits, delivery and assembly charges and shipping
  • Open Box items and floor models
  • Gift cards and coupon codes
  • Items not in stock
  • Manufacturers website
  • Retailers where membership is required i.e. Costco

 

Price Guarantee

When you purchase an item from Dear-Born and it goes on sale (at Dear Born) within 14 days from the purchase date, we will issue a one-time price adjustment for the difference. This will be issued as a refund back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Please contact our Customer Service team at info@dearbornbaby.com. State your invoice # in your message.

NOTE: Items purchased through a registry do not qualify for price adjustments.
